Mission/Vision

Our mission at Crisp Imaging is “to serve customers better than they have ever been served before.” Our vision is to be the premier imaging company in the world by providing for our customer’s exceptional quality and service, leading edge technology, and uncompromising value. At the core of Crisp Imaging’s philosophy is its “Customer Driven Culture” which is illustrated to the right. We believe at Crisp Imaging that we really all work for our customers. Every “touch point” whether it is a product, service, an interaction with a driver, or even your billing statement should be a positive experience and reflect exceptional customer service.

As the great Sir Richard Branson once said “Clients do not come first. Employees come first. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients.” Our “Win Forever” philosophy illustrates what working at Crisp Imaging is all about. Grounded in Faith, Integrity, and Courage, we strive to create a culture in which our employees are motivated to do their best, and become the best version of themselves. This is accomplished through the understanding that we at Crisp Imaging are one and each decision affects other parts of the team. We are respectful and positive with one another and expect to win each and every day. Our culture is all about teamwork, which at its core is love for one another, which is seen in how we communicate with each other, trust one another, and ultimately have confidence in one another to do the right thing every time.

History

Crisp Imaging had humble beginnings as a single Copy Club shop in Orange, California which opened in early 2001. After 22 years, 11 moves, and 3 kids in the corporate world, Gary and his wife Julie decided they wanted to live in Southern California for the rest of their lives, raise their children, and become entrepreneurs.

The Crisps loved the idea of providing a customer-friendly alternative to Kinko’s. Their vision was to be a real family-owned business that would provide exceptional customer service throughout Orange County and Southern California.

They envisioned themselves not only able to serve the community through their company, but also in giving back as business owners, a key driver of their philanthropy that remains to this day.

A few months after Copy Club had opened its doors, customers kept asking them if they could print reprographics. They realized that they had opened a digital services business in the hotbed of Architects, Engineers and Construction companies that is Southern California. They switched gears to serve the market and create real vendor choice, deciding to de-franchise and created their own name, C2 Reprographics, named after Gary and his wife Julie.

With the reprographics industry’s shift toward less printing, more technology, and increased digital solutions, in 2014 C2 Reprographics changed its name to C2 Imaging. In the spirit of personal customer service, on the eve of their 15 year anniversary in 2017 Gary and Julie decided to change the company name to Crisp Imaging. Crisp Imaging currently has 11 West Coast locations, over 150 employees, and over 50 cars to serve its customers. Crisp Imaging’s “Customer Driven Culture” makes customer service its #1 priority at all times by understanding needs and exceeding expectations.
